How to Make It

In a large bowl, mix together the whole-wheat flour, millet flour, barley flour, flaxseed flour, rolled oats, and baking powder.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, oil, soy milk, and beaten egg whites until well combined.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Cover the batter and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 225°F (107°C) and place a baking sheet inside to keep cooked pancakes warm.
