How to Make It

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).

Generously coat 6 large metal or glass muffin molds with cooking spray.
3. Step
Heat the prepared muffin molds in the oven for 2 minutes.

In a large bowl, add the milk, flour, salt, and egg whites.

Using an electric mixer, beat the mixture until smooth.

Remove the hot muffin molds from the oven and fill each mold 2/3 full with the batter.

Place the muffin molds in the top part of the oven.

Bake until the popovers are golden brown and puffy, about 30 minutes.
9. Step
Remove the popovers from the oven and serve immediately.
