How to Make It

1. Step
Trim the woody ends of the asparagus and cut spears into lengths that will fit into jars. Rinse thoroughly and drain.

In airtight containers, combine the asparagus, pearl onions, white wine vinegar, cider vinegar, fresh dill, water, whole cloves, garlic cloves, black peppercorns, red pepper flakes, and coriander seeds.
